Synopsis

In a rundown apartment building in Osaka's downtown, which still carries the scent of the Showa era, various residents with mysterious backgrounds lived together. Among them were Yuri, a part-time worker; Hiroshi, who survives by getting women to pay for him; Teppei, a day laborer; and Miyaji, an older man running a shady business from one of the rooms. They lived their lives without interfering with each other, drifting aimlessly day by day. However, one day, when they discover that a fellow resident, Yamaguchi, has hanged himself, each begins to reflect on their own life.
