Synopsis

As crimes involving psychic abilities increase, detective Matsuda, who possesses the strange ability to understand others' emotions when punched, receives a request to rescue a woman's sister from a malicious group of psychics. As Matsuda begins his investigation, he is obstructed by his old rival, detective Minamino, who is also investigating a case related to the same group.
