Unbound by genre or convention, Uehara is actively involved in both mainstream and underground music, primarily in the Kansai area.

He is the vocalist of a rock band that hides its true face, and he has been involved in not only the music but also the music videos, artwork, and merchandise design. The band has performed not only at major festivals in Japan, including Summer Sonic and Rockin Japan, where Uehara has appeared for three consecutive years, but also at numerous events and festivals overseas, including London, Korea, and Taiwan.

In recent years, Uehara's talent has been recognized, and he has provided songs, produced, and made music videos for a variety of artists.

関⻄を中⼼にメジャーシーンからアンダーグラウンドまで、⾳楽だけでなくファッションや⽣き⽅そのものが多くの若者からの⽀持を受け、今もなおストリートカルチャーのアイコン的存在と⾔われている。

素顔を隠して活躍している某ロックバンドのヴォーカリストを務め、楽曲だけではなく、ミュージックビデオ、アートワーク、グッズのデザインまで全てを⼿掛け、3年連続出演のサマーソニック、ロッキンジャパンなど国内の⼤型フェスだけでなくロンドン、韓国、台湾など海外でも多数のイベントやフェスに出演。

近年その才能が評価され、様々なアーティストへの楽曲提供やプロデュース業、ミュージックビデオ製作などを⾏っている。

2019年、プロトタイプとして製作した短編オムニバス映画「#000(シャープスリーオー)」では関係者上映会ながら東京、⼤阪、名古屋の3都市で⾏われ約1,000⼈以上もの観客が来場し、⾼い評価を受けた。

またカナザワ映画祭2019では「＃000」が「期待の新⼈監督部⾨」にノミネートされ、⼊場規制がかかる程の来場者を記録。全国から集まった映画好きや同映画祭エントリー作品の関係者からも注⽬の⼤きさを物語っていた。
