Synopsis
When Ayaka, a 16-year-old high-school dropout, arrives at the House of Seasons, a home for troubled youth, she is confused and out of place. But, slowly, through unique encounters with the people around her and by engaging with rich nature surrounding the home, she begins to heal and her heart begins to fill. Filmed over the course of a year, House of Seasons is a touching story that beautifully captures the exquisite seasons of Japan's rural countryside.
